The Hanna Gender Center was established to provide excellent surgical care exclusively for the transgender and non-binary community. We know that this community has been historically underserved – especially in the Dallas, Texas area. Our gender-affirming clinic is located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to ensure easy access for Texas natives, as well as patients across the United States.
Our transgender and non-binary clinic, founded in 2021, is led by Dr. Hanna who has years of practical experience, specifically in gender-affirming surgery. After earning a doctorate from the University of New England, which is well-known for its comprehensive medical curriculum covering LGBTQ needs, he completed his fellowship with an internationally renowned urogenital surgeon. Since his fellowship and residency, Dr. Hanna became a member of the American Urological Association and the World Professional Association of Transgender Health.
In addition to running a gender-affirming clinic, Dr. Hanna also serves as the Medical Advisor for the Transgender Military Advocacy Organization SPARTA.
